This new phase is a call for that community participes with writing proposals, that enable guide the structuration of new objectives, policies and rules that will order the municipal territory.

The proposals reception it will be on 28,29 and 30 of september on the Center of Urban Studies in the University Institution Colegio Mayor del Cauca. The  requirements and thematics axis for the proposal, can be consulted on web www.popayanideal.com or in the Facebook's page Center of Urban Studies.

On the 9th of October of 2015 will be presented the conclusions of the past forum workshop Popayán Ideal, and will be made the uplift of those proposals that received best qualification by interdisciplinary committee, in charge of evaluation.

From 10 to 30 of October the proposals will be divulgated through social networks what for the community know it, and choose with a vote the proposal that would contribute, according to their criterion, to the formulation of the new Management Land Plan.

"It's important to consider that Municipal Council will discuss about the administration, community and the participating institutions of the project put on the table. From there the importance of the citizenship be that propose the themes about which we must discuss", concluded the Architect and Center of Urban Studies director, Francisco León Zúñiga.
